❌Rite then let’s talk about reverse Dieting❗️
So as you all know I have been in a cutting phase over the past 16 weeks going from 84kg 🐷
Down to my lowest at 69.8kg 🔪man was lean fam.
Now I am looking to reverse out of this “cutting phase” in to a “LEAN”bulk, so let’s talk about this lean bulk I’m not going to stuff my face now I’m bulking with dreama calories, I’m slowly going to start drip feeding my calories in via carbohydrates around 100 calories at a time, and monitor it over the coming weeks, seeing how my body response, and then when i find my maintenance calories I’ll just go in a 300 calorie surplus from there
Also taking my cardio down for ever day to 3 days a week, keeping my steps around 15k a day as I like to walk and get some fresh air it’s good for you.
So this is currently we’re im at. It’s now time to grow 💪🏽
