This pertains to both female and male leaders.
I’m often approached by people asking me about the questions below. It’s always a humbling encounter, because they did not have to seek my advice. Hopefully this helps. .
1) Can anyone be a leader?
If you define “leader” (as we often do here in America) as someone in charge of a company, team, or political party, then the answer is, “No, not just anyone can become a leader.” ... Everyone can, however, develop their leadership qualities and put them to positive use in life every day, in and out of the workplace.
2) What makes an ineffective leader?
Failure to Inspire and Motivate Others❗️
The number one most devaluing quality of ineffective leaders is their failure to motivate subordinates. Most leaders know how to push to get results, but fewer understand how to pull. * NEVER ALLOW SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY OR DIMINISH YOUR QUALITIES. BOTH, “GOOD” AND “BAD” QUALITIES ARE WHAT SHAPES A LEADER INTO BECOMING AND EVEN BETTER LEADER‼️
