I don’t know what it is about an on coming new season, but it has always stirred me and refreshed me. I somehow always manage to get excited and try to change my whole life just because the seasons are changing. I DEEP clean my house, rearrange my furniture, convince myself I’m gonna stick to new routines, set highly ambitious goals, and find inspiration in things that have been there all along, but I seem to see through a new lens just because summer is turning to fall, or winter to spring. That happened to me today, I sat down to watch the cowboys game, and all of a sudden it was like the switch flipped and it was officially fall in my head… then I rearranged my room. I’ve never been a big New Years person, but I guess that’s because I do the resolutions thing 4 times a year.
I am totally welcoming it this time though. The first day of autumn is exactly one week away, and I have had a seriously crappy week. Everything hit the fan (repeatedly) in my personal life. I hit bumps in the road with my business. Kenny is out of town for work, so I’m running the circus alone this week. It has been a Sh*t show for sure. So I am full on welcoming this cleanse. So heres to summer, BYE SIS.
Now tell me all your go to fall things. Drinks, candles, décor, foods, everything. Give me all the things that give you the autumn feels.
OH, ANNNND… I am dangerously low on fall dates! I have TWO left for the whole season, so if you are wanting something done this fall we better get to planning!
